I have served 16 years in the U.S. Army as an Infantry and Military Intelligence officer (6y active duty, currently still in the reserves.) My time as an Airborne and Ranger qualified leader, including a combat deployment to Afghanistan, taught me how to stay focused under pressure, take care of my team, and complete the mission in any environment. Commanding a company for three years strengthened my commitment to teamwork, precision, and results that truly matter.
After leaving the active duty military, I spent a decade in corporate America honing those same leadership skills in boardrooms instead of battlefields, managing teams, solving complex problems, and building high-performing organizations from the inside out.
Eventually, I reached a crossroads. I wanted my work to feel personal again, to see the direct impact I was making on people’s lives right here at home.
